3. He makes up hypos about battering people with your Con Law textbook, because it's a "massive death-book of idiocy"

That's great. My CrimLaw professor makes up hypos in which she takes offense at random students in the class and commits various crimes against them . . . so far in these hypos, she's done everything from assaulting students who aren't paying attention in class with her "trusty javolin" to frightening students into falling down an empty elevator shaft to (my personal favorite) whipping the horse a student rides to class, causing the horse to throw the student, who (naturally) lands on a group of bicylers that happen to be riding past . . .
